Keltique

Who we are - a vocal group of about 40 women, mainly from Looe and the surrounding area, from all walks of life and a variety of musical backgrounds and abilities; our incredibly talented Musical Director is Jonathan Lewsey and our wonderful accompanist is Shaun Brady 

What we do - we meet up every week to rehearse under the guidance of Jonathan and Shaun, try to do our homework in between to learn our words and music, and give it our all and have a jolly good time when we perform!  Our repertoire is always versatile, from rock and pop to songs from the shows, from modern choral compositions to jazz classics.  And we’re a very sociable lot and so having fun is (almost) as important as singing the best that we can! 

Where and when - rehearsals on Monday evenings at the Riverside Church in West Looe, from  7.15 pm to 9.15 pm; Keltique has concerts and events throughout the year and we perform in Looe, Liskeard and elsewhere in Cornwall. 

Join us - if you enjoy singing and can sing in tune, we would love to welcome you to Keltique.  Any woman who’d like to sing can be a member, even if you haven’t sung before.  We hope you’ll find us a supportive group and we’ll do our best to encourage the best from you.
